We are very excited about bringing an affordable, technology-rich coworking space to the New York metropolitan area. Our facilities come fully furnished and include private and semi-private offices, bench-style work desks, conference rooms, and a member lounge and kitchen. Ideal for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and mobile workforces, you’ll find myBranchOffice to be a convenient, professional, and technologically advanced workplace for everyone.

myBranchOffice is committed to providing the best technology to be found in a coworking space. Our locations are equipped with an advanced IP network infrastructure that was furnished, installed, and is maintained by our parent company Foritas (NYC), a technology product and service company since 2004. Wired or wireless, when you are here, so is your tech support team.

Our SOMA One location is located in the heart of downtown South Orange, New Jersey. With easy access to NJ Transit (Manhattan Direct 30 Minutes), SOPAC, and Seton Hall University, our facilities are a great place to work, meet clients, and do what you do best – run your business.
Our Flagship location is Flatiron 21, located at 19 West 21st Street in the Flatiron District of Mahattan. Flatiron 21 boasts it’s central location with easy access to the NYC Subway, NJ Transit, LIRR and Metro North. Meet your favorite client or your team in one of our technology-enabled conference rooms for a half or full day meeting. As a favorite nighttime hotspot, the Flatiron District and nearby Chelsea is a must-go-to destination for afterwork dining and entertainment.

In addition to convenient, one-time bookings, myBranchOffice offers a variety of monthly membership plans for those in need of a long-term stay. Our Standard Membership starts at just $15 per month, giving you space booking privileges, discounted rates, and inclusion to our Networking Community. Additional price plans are available for the workspace you need so you can dive right in and get to work!
