At the end of the free period, customers have the option to cancel with no further obligation or enroll in the service at the regular monthly subscription rate of $15 per subscriber. On its own, Collaboration allows full audio and video communication between users and invited clients via a web browser.
Inbound and outbound calling to and from the phone network requires third party SIP trunking which is not included in the offer. You can bring your own or use one from one of our providers (Clearfly or Intermedia).
There is no limit on the number of users that a company can sign up, but the businesses must enroll by March 31, 2020 to take advantage of the free 6-month offer.
