Current Covid-19 Workplace Guidelines

My Branch Office imposed new guidelines at our SOMA One location in November of last year. These guidelines remain in effect until further notice. They are as follows:
  • All occupants must wear face coverings.
  • Total occupancy is reduced to one-third with seat distancing.
  • Physical distance must be maintained while using the space.
  • Disinfectant dispensers are available at both entrances for hand sanitizing.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available to sanitize your workstation upon departure
With vaccine rollouts and a recent decline in newly reported cases, we are hopeful that eased restrictions are on the horizon. However, no changes will be made until we are certain it is safe to do so. Stay informed by following real-time updates posted to our blog and Facebook page.

Our Seasonal Food Drive Succeeds

Our food drive has been going strong for almost 2 months now! With our collection bin nearly full again, we are preparing to make another delivery to the OLS Food Pantry. On behalf of the OLS Food Pantry and the SOMA community, the myBranchOffice team thanks you for your generosity and support.

New Online Member Portal Launching Soon!

Within the next few weeks, myBranchOffice will be launching a new online member portal. Nothing is changing drastically other than an updated user interface, a reorganized navigation bar, and one new feature.

This new feature we are excited to release is the shopping basket (pictured above). You will soon be able to shop using a cart functionality, similar to many online stores. Add bookings, membership plans, or other products to the basket to review before proceeding to check out and payment. As with any cart feature, you will be able to update your cart and add discount codes when making purchases.
