An Update on Health & Safety Procedures at SOMA One
November 13th 2020 – Since our reopening back in mid-June, myBranchOffice has diligently implemented and enforced new safety procedures in accordance with government mandates and CDC guidelines. We’ve been operating at 50% capacity, requiring masks be worn at all times, workstations be cleaned upon departure, and hands be washed and/or sanitized frequently. Providing a safe and healthy work environment during this time has been, and continues to be, our number one priority.
All of these precautions will remain in effect for the foreseeable future. However, in response to colder weather and elevated public concern, myBranchOffice has decided to reduce capacity further. We will limit capacity to one-third of our normal operating capacity. Normal seating capacity at SOMA One is 45. So from this point moving forward, no more than 15 people will be allowed in the space at a given time. We believe this new restriction will better protect our members and staff.
Following our new rule, SOMA One will only be staffed 3 days out of the week. Beginning Monday November 16th, a staff member will be onsite Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. The remaining days – Wednesdays and Fridays – a staff member will be working remotely. They will be reachable via phone and email between 9am and 5pm, and will be available to come into the office if an issue were to arise.
We understand these are confusing times, so we appreciate your patience as we implement these new changes. If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach us by calling (973)559-4252 or emailing email@example.com.
